Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep”, is a guided meditation practice that leads you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. Promotes deep rest and relaxation, reduces anxiety, enhances creativity, supports emotional healing, and can improve sleep quality. 7.00-7.30 - guided Yoga Nidra meditation practice 7.30-8.00 - tea time (optional but all are welcome ☺️) Please arrive 5-10 min in advance to get settled.
