Begin the new year feeling strong, centered, and deeply connected. Mindfulness in the New Year is a welcoming, in-person 4-class series, held every Sunday in January 2026, designed to support your whole self—body, mind, and spirit.

Through intentional movement and guided meditation, this series invites you to slow down, tune in, and build sustainable strength from the inside out. Led by a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Meditation Teacher, each class blends mindful bodyweight strength training with calming meditation practices to help you cultivate balance, focus, and inner resilience.

The movement portion energizes and empowers the body, while the meditation creates space for clarity, grounding, and renewal. Each session includes a 40-minute bodyweight strength class followed by a 20-minute guided meditation, thoughtfully designed to complement one another.

Suitable for all fitness levels, this series offers a supportive environment where you can move with intention, breathe with awareness, and feel deeply aligned.

Pricing: • $100 for the full 4-class series • $30 per individual class
